Among the Ginsberg Center's central principles is the goal to foster long-term partnerships. The Center aims to establish enduring relationships with community partners that extend beyond the scope of a single project or engagement. The Center's partnership with the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts' Language Resource Center is an embodiment of the commitment to that principle.

This symbiotic relationship has continued to grow and expand, and Ginsberg and the Language Resource Center have continued to collaborate to bring resources and services to U-M students and faculty as they embark on journeys to learn languages and cultures. This partnership previously provided intercultural workshops at a local senior housing center, among other offerings.

Ginsberg's matchmaking process connects community-identified needs and priorities to knowledge, skills, and expertise at the University of Michigan. The Language Resource Center is just one of hundreds of community partners that have sought the Ginsberg Center's resources and connections to further their work, and the Center is grateful to have continued this partnership over time.
