Graduate Researcher
Bio
Hanikka is a third-year Medical Student. As an Graduate Researcher, she assists the Ginsberg Center in creating a community engagement curriculum to support our future health professionals in doing community-engaged work. Hanikka is also involved in Global Health research on her home island of Guahan, where she hopes to address inequities in cervical cancer treatment, screening, and vaccination. She is passionate about reproductive justice and plans to become an OBGYN where she hopes address health inequities in indigenous communities like her own.
