Bio
Ashley is an undergraduate student majoring in International Studies on the Political Economy and Development sub-track, with minors in Public Policy and Science, Technology, & Society. As a Community Leadership Fellow, Ashley works with Freedom House Detroit as a Development Intern to support and empower refugees, asylum seekers, and others seeking humanitarian protection. Ashley is passionate about immigrant rights and the effects of technology on marginalized communities and how policies can be formed to reconcile those gaps. In her free time, Ashley enjoys creating new Spotify playlists, playing board games, and adding new places on her Beli.
