The Ginsberg Center is excited to announce new student internship opportunities made possible by our recently launched Community-Based Internship Fund!
Through the financial support of University of Michigan’s Democracy, Civic Empowerment & Global Engagement initiative, Ginsberg Center is funding student internships at various community partner organizations, with the goal of driving social change across southeast Michigan. Interns can perform work across a range of pathways to civic engagement, including direct service, policy and governance, research, community organizing and activism, philanthropy, and social entrepreneurship. All internship opportunities take place in Spring/Summer 2025.
New internships supported by the fund include:
Accelerate4KIDS Foundation, Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum/Leslie Science & Nature Center, Brilliant Detroit, Center for Success Network, Detroit Parent Network, Ecology Center, Lori's Hands, Manufactured Housing Action, Michigan Collaborative to End Mass Incarceration, Sacred Spaces-Sanctuary Farms, Transportation Riders United, Uloma Immigrants' House, Washtenaw County Health Department, Washtenaw County Resiliency Office, Youth Arts Alliance.
