Ginsberg Center Room Reservations
We are pleased to offer rooms for meetings, training and other authorized events, to support the efforts of students, faculty and community members to advance social change for the public good.
Below you will find each room's description including capacity and equipment available. There is a shared kitchen on-site with a coffee maker and teapot, water pitchers and mugs are available for use. Groups must supply their own coffee, tea, cutlery, napkins, etc.
Please Note: Only rooms on the first floor are ADA accessable.
Room Hours:
Fall and Winter semesters
Monday – Friday 8am to 8pm
Spring and Summer
Monday – Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
No weekends or major holidays. By reserving a room, you agree to abide by the Facility Use Policy.
Living Room
The Ginsberg Center living room is a brightly lit and recently renovated space with original artwork and a decorative fireplace. This space is commonly used to host forums, informal gatherings, meetings or as a small lecture space and can hold roughly 16 people. A flat screen television, Clickshare interface, and Internet connectivity are available.

Dining Room
Our Dining Room has a flat screen television, Clickshare interface, and Internet connectivity. Our conference table seats 8-10 comfortably, with additional overflow available for 8-10 more. This space is commonly used for conferences, webinars and other telecommuted meetings, and more formal discussions, lectures, and presentations.

Backyard Space
This space is available in the back of Ginsberg House weather permitting. Picnic tables shown will fold into benches, offers seating for 6 to 8 individuals.

Ginsberg Underground - Three rooms available
The Ginsberg Center basement has three meeting spaces, one of them has a flat screen TV and more capacity; therefore this is the only room that needs to be reserved. The other two rooms have less capacity and are available on a first-come, first serve basis during Ginsberg hours.

Our largest basement room is equipped with a flat screen television, Airtame TV interface and Internet connectivity. Our conference table seats 8-10 comfortably.

A second basement room is available offering reasonable seating for 4 to 5 individuals. No audio/visual equipment is available for this room.
