The Edward Ginsberg Center for Community Service and Learning

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Ginsberg Center continues to work remotely to support our various stakeholders. We are offering support to student organizations as they wrap-up this year and look to the future, collaborating with faculty to plan for remote learning around community engagement, and connecting with community organizations to best understand their emerging priorities.

Central to our efforts is our Connect2Community portal. The portal was developed in partnership with Washtenaw County United Way and Eastern Michigan University, which connects students and community partners around volunteer opportunities. Please know that our top priority remains the health and safety of all of our campus and community partners and we urge you to keep that at the forefront of your mind as you choose the ways in which you can best contribute.

Additionally, many of our partners across the university are using this language in their email signature to share this important resource more widely.:

We are continually updating the Connect2Community portal and our guides for our various stakeholders, linked below, during the Covid-19 crisis, so please check back often.
