SPONSOR-A-FAMILY 2009 REGISTRATION

Again this year, SERVE will be collaborating with Community Action Network (CAN) and Community Leaning Post (CLP) in providing many local families with holiday gifts through our SPONSOR-A-FAMILY project.

Community Action Network (CAN) and Community Leaning Post (CLP) are organizations in Washtenaw County that provide various services to low-income families.

After registering (by filling out and submitting the short form below) your group will receive a wish list of the family or child that you will be sponsoring.

**Please be advised that SPONSOR-A-FAMILY requires that organizations/individuals spend a minimum of $50 on each sponsored person. Smaller groups do have the option to sponsor an individual rather than an entire family. Individuals may include children or male and/or females heads of households.

DEADLINES

• Friday, November 13 – Registration deadline to Sponsor-A-Family
• Thursday, November 19 – Family wish lists sent available to your group
• Wednesday, December 9 – Gifts due to the Ginsberg Center by 5 pm
