ASB: Be a Site Leader

Site leaders are important members of the Alternative Spring Break team. They are responsible for selecting and guiding their groups in education, reflection, and fundraising throughout the year and during the spring break trip. Site leaders attend a retreat in late September and bi-weekly/weekly Education & Training meetings together to develop leadership skills that will help them best facilitate a positive and educational group experience.
