Request a Vehicle : Step 1 - Overview of Steps

Request a Vehicle - Step 1 of 5

Please review the following steps to ensure that your process is a success! You can either register online or in person at the Ginsberg Center.

1. Read over the following steps.
2. You must read and sign the Driver Contract.
3. Fill out a Driver Registration form and submit a copy of your driver's license to the Ginsberg Center. Note:  For some out of state residents this may take several weeks so please turn in your informaion as soon as possible.
4. Complete the Vehicle Request Form.
5. Check your e-mail for confirmation or rejection or stop by the Transportation Coordinator's office. Please submit requests 48 hours in advance; a week in advance for weekend requests or for groups over 8.
