Preference is given to students from Cuyahoga County, Ohio; thereafter to students from Ohio; and thereafter to any student. Inger and William Ginsberg established the Rosalie Ginsberg Community Service Scholarship Fund in honor of William’s mother.
Scholarship candidates must demonstrate strong community service or social action involvement, as well as financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid.

They must also have a current FAFSA on file with the office of Financial Aid, and qualify for financial aid.
